1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to open an account with cv3336 and to use any part of the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. cv3336 may, at its sole discretion, request documentary evidence of your age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence will result in account suspension.

1.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether under the same or different names, contact details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. cv3336 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances where this policy is violated.

1.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information when registering your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

1.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. cv3336 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify cv3336 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

1.5 Restricted Jurisdictions

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. cv3336 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in any location outside its intended markets. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk.

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cv3336 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. 2.4 Own Payment Methods Only

You may only deposit funds using payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned where possible and may result in account suspension. Similarly, withdrawals will only be processed back to a payment account that belongs to the registered account holder.

2.5 Currency

All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). cv3336 does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies directly. Any currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the User.

3.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by cv3336 are subject to the specific terms of each promotion, as published at the time the promotion is active. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. cv3336 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if it determines that a User has attempted to abuse a promotional offer, including but not limited to:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion
• Placing low-risk bets designed purely to meet wagering requirements
• Coordinating with other Users to exploit bonus structures
• Using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with the stated promotion conditions

3.3 Promotion Eligibility

cv3336 reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any User for any promotion at its sole discretion. Promotions are intended for genuine recreational players only. Professional bettors, syndicates, and persons using algorithmic or automated strategies may be excluded from promotional offers without prior notice.

3.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

4.1 Game Outcomes

4.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cv3336 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:

• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or glitches for financial gain
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, or fraud
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with the Platform's software or infrastructure
• Making deposits with the intention of withdrawing without genuine gaming activity ("chip dumping")

4.4 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a network disconnection or technical failure during a game round, cv3336's system will complete the game round using the last recorded game state prior to disconnection. Game history logs are maintained and may be reviewed by our support team in the event of a dispute. cv3336 is not liable for losses arising from interruptions caused by the User's own internet connection or device.

5.1 Player Protection Tools

5.3 Underage Gaming Prevention

If cv3336 has reason to believe that an account is held by a person under the age of 21, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification. cv3336 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement; suspected fraud or money laundering; provision of false information during registration; abusive conduct towards staff or other users; or any activity deemed to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform.

6.3 Forfeiture of Funds

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of this Agreement, suspected fraud, or a violation of the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 4.3, cv3336 reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the account balance, including real-money funds, bonus balances, and pending withdrawals. cv3336 will retain records of the circumstances justifying forfeiture and will make these available to relevant authorities upon request.

7.1 Ownership

All content on the cv3336 Platform, including but not limited to the website design, software, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of cv3336 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the express written consent of cv3336.

7.2 Limited Licence

cv3336 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes, subject to full compliance with this Agreement. This licence does not include the right to scrape, crawl, mirror, or index any part of the Platform.

8.1 Platform Availability

cv3336 makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated where possible. cv3336 shall not be liable for any loss arising from periods of Platform unavailability, including missed betting opportunities.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cv3336's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. cv3336 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

8.3 User Responsibility

Users are required to cooperate fully with any verification request and to provide documentation demonstrating the legitimate source of funds used to make deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

10.1 Amendments to this Agreement

cv3336 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Users via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall be interpreted so as to give maximum effect to the original intent of the parties.

10.3 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms published on the Platform, constitutes the entire agreement between you and cv3336 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.
